    M50 Junction 4 – We have two main store entrances and two linked car parks, giving easy access to Labels Shopping, either from the M50/A449 dual carriageway or via the roundabout on the dual carriageway.

    RETURNS PERIOD

    Exchange or refund by the original method of payment is available if product is returned within 14 days of the receipt in the original unused, resalable condition. Furniture, pierced earrings, hats, foodstuffs, grooming products, pillows, duvets and protectors are non-refundable.

    On the Lower floor, individual stores will operate their own refund policy, for further information please contact us or ask in-store.

    Facilities & Access

    Highchairs in our Café. Outdoor seating. Mother & Baby and Father & Baby rooms (lower floor). Cash-back of up to £50 is available on most debit-card transactions. Designated, easy access disabled parking bays (at both upper and lower car parks). The store is wheelchair friendly. Easy, level, access points. Easy-access toilet facilities (on both floors) Easy-access fitting rooms with low-level mirrors and coat hooks Lifts between floors (as well as stairs) Induction hearing loop. Complimentary use of wheelchairs and walking frames whilst shopping. Many of our Colleagues have the ‘Welcome All’ certificate.

    Dog Friendly

    Bring your four legged friend in store with you, we are dog friendly … if they have a little accident though please make sure to clean it up!

    Some of the shops on our lower floor do not allow dogs inside, so keep an eye out for the signs.

    Carrier Bag Charge

    The Government’s plastic carrier bag charge came in to force in England on 01 October 2015. We will now charge 20p per carrier bag, the money of which will go to our charity of the year. Other standalone shops within Labels may also charge, depending upon the total number of colleagues that each company employs
